CF-95AF is a 95A polyurethane elastomer formulated for tough, flexible, and tear-resistant castings. Ideal for molds, prototypes, and industrial parts, it combines durability, abrasion resistance, and rebound properties with easy processing and low odor. The system is mercury-free, phthalate-free, and RoHS/REACH compliant, making it a reliable choice for professional and DIY applications alike.Mixing & Processing: Pre-mix Part A thoroughly before use. Mix Part A and Part B at a ratio of 50:100 by weight (43:100 by volume) until uniform. Avoid air entrapment during mixing. Pour into prepared molds. Typical work time is 5 minutes, and castings can be removed from the mold after 1–2 hours at 77°F (25°C). For maximum strength and stability, post-cure for 16 hours at 160°F (71°C). Full cure for consistent test results is achieved in 5–7 days at room temperature (77°F / 25°C).Safety & Handling: Always work in a well-ventilated area. Wear gloves, protective clothing, and safety glasses to avoid contact with skin and eyes. If skin contact occurs, wash immediately with soap and water. In case of eye contact, flush with water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention. Store between 65–80°F (18–27°C) in sealed containers. Shelf life: ~6 months when properly stored.
